DESIGN PROOFS & REVISIONS
TIMEFRAME (2-5 BUSINESS DAYS OR SAME DAY RUSH ME ADD ON) IS THE DURATION IT TAKES FOR YOU TO RECEIVE DRAFTS FOR SINGLE DESIGN SERVICES. HOLIDAYS AND WEEKENDS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE TIME FRAMES. PLEASE REVIEW THE DESCRIPTION FOR YOUR DESIRED SERVICE(S) BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDERS WITH GRAPHICS BY AREY LLC.
REVISIONS ARE MINOR CHANGES (FONT, COLOR, OR PLACEMENT)
WEEKENDS DO NOT INCLUDE THE REVISION TIME
INCLUDES 2-3 FREE REVISIONS (FONT, COLOR, OR PLACEMENT CHANGE) FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY GRAPHICS BY AREY LLC.
THERE IS A 2-3 REVISION LIMIT ONLY. AFTER THAT, A FEE IS REQUIRED PER ADDITIONAL REVISION OF $25.
DESIGN PROOFS ARE SENT BEFORE FINAL FILES AND ARE NOT TO BE USED, SOLD, OR REPRODUCED. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF THE ALLOWED REVISIONS ARE EXHAUSTED.
REDESIGN REQUESTS WILL INCLUDE AN EXTRA COST (RE-DOING THE WHOLE DESIGN FROM SCRATCH).
1. Review Policy and Service Description:
Before & After making a purchase, please take the time to review our policies and read the service description. Also, please make sure you have everything ready that you need for GraphicsByArey to complete your design prior to purchasing.
2. Proceed to Payment:
Once you have reviewed the policies and service description, proceed to the payment process.
3. Automatic Email Confirmation:
After completing your purchase, you will receive an automatic email confirmation.
The email will indicate that your design service is confirmed & will be started unless you have not emailed required items for that service to our email.
4. Required/Additional Item(s) Submission:
Upon purchasing your design service, please kindly email the required or desired items within the specified time frame (24-48 hours) after purchasing the design service.

5. Turnaround:
Once Items are submitted, the designer will review and inform you if everything is in order.
Your turnaround time will commence upon approval of the submitted items.
Turnaround Options: SAME DAY RUSH ME ADD ON-$25 or 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS-STANDARD-FREE.
6. Drafts and Approval:
The designer will provide drafts within the specified turnaround time.
2-3 Revisions are included.
Clients must approve draft(s) & sign the Graphics By Arey Approval Form to receive their final completed design file.
7. Communication:
Communication during the design process will be through email, zoom or by phone.

8. Final Files:
Upon client design approval, final files will be provided.

Payments
All payments are handled through our website.
We do not accept payments from third-party suppliers unless necessary.
The total payment for services rendered must be made through site or another payment option.
All sales are final. No refunds.
After the client has approved of design finalization, payment(s) are final and cannot be disputed.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
BY PURCHASING THROUGH MY SITE YOU INDICATE THAT YOU AGREE TO GRAPHICS BY AREY LLC POLICY & CLIENT AGREEMENT.
